Your Profile Academic Distinction: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Literature, English, Education, or a related humanities discipline; credentials from top-tier (Top 50) universities are highly regarded. Professional Expertise: Demonstrated experience in middle school education and/or reading intervention, with a strong record of student impact. Technical Fluency: Confident in using virtual teaching platforms (e.g., ClassIn) and creating high-quality digital instructional materials. Institutional Experience: Current or prior experience within public or private school boards is considered a significant asset.
