Facilities Management Specialist

Role: Operations Facilities Management Duration 12 months (Possible Extension/Conversion) Location: Remote Knowledge/Experience: In short, the client is looking for an Operations (Governance & Controls) for Real Estate Services (RES) with a strong banking operations or technology background. Key requirements: 3+ years experience in operations, banking operations, or technology roles Strong understanding of process governance, risk, and control environments Experience working with cross-functional and regional teams Ability to manage stakeholder meetings, reporting, and action tracking Familiarity with audit, compliance, and control processes (MCA, risk & control, audits) Strong data handling and reporting skills (large reports, databases, analytics) Good knowledge of MS Office tools Experience or exposure to real estate / facility management / critical infrastructure is a plus Key responsibilities: Run governance meetings and control reviews Track and manage FM/CF governance initiatives and action plans Support audit and risk/control processes Analyze operational data (e.g., REALM, TechFace reports) Coordinate implementation of Citi standards (e.g., structural due diligence, QBOR) Act as a subject matter support for governance tools and workflows Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide. The Facilities Management Specialist will run governance meetings and control reviews, track and manage FM/CF governance initiatives, and support audit and risk/control processes. They will also analyze operational data and coordinate the implementation of Citi standards.

Candidates should have over 3 years of experience in operations, banking operations, or technology roles, with a strong understanding of process governance and risk management. Familiarity with audit, compliance, and control processes, as well as strong data handling skills, are also essential.
