Job summary
Overview The Royalmount Seasonal Brand Ambassador will promote the company’s image in a positive manner to customers by delivering a superior customer service experience. They will support sales through handling walk in clients on the sales floor, gaining product knowledge, and maintaining full compliance with the operating standards, policies and procedures of David Yurman. The role is expected to start in or around late September 2026 and end by January 2027. Flexibility needed to work non-traditional hours, especially nights, weekends and holidays. Responsibilities Sales and Service Maximize all selling opportunities to achieve team’s sales targets Create a positive and rewarding client experience, that is warm and hospitable in all customer interactions Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that the customer takes priority Remain current and knowledgeable of industry trends, to determine opportunities to maximize sales within the market Clientele Development Identify and exceed all customer needs and expectations Utilize available marketing tools and technologies to build relationships and new business Collect meaningful customer data for the purpose of building relationships and personalizing future client development opportunities Seasonal Sales Support Assist with daily inventory counts Answer and properly direct all incoming calls Ensure visual merchandising and housekeeping standards reflect current visual guidelines and priorities Partner with support team in the repair process and follow up on customer communication Assist with cleaning of client jewelry Assist with delivery procedures Assist with ad hoc operational requests throughout the store Teamwork Be aware of the impact of behavior on others Demonstrate a flexible approach, responding positively to any reasonable request Qualifications Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills Possess computer skills to operate our retail POS system, and MS Office Programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. Flexibility to work in various roles based on business needs (i.e. on the sales floor, operations, etc.). Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays The expected hourly rate for this role is CA $20.00-$24.00/hour, plus commission.

Requirements
