DZ - Water Truck Driver

D&G Landscaping is a commercial landscaping and heavy civil construction company based in Greely, Ontario. We're looking for a Water Truck Driver/Operator to join our team - If you have any kind of hydroseeding or water truck experience and you're looking for a great opportunity to join a growing organization, this could be a great role for you. Description: Drive a water truck for commercial landscaping & other construction sites Water, hydroseed and irrigate sites throughout Ottawa Region Seasonal, full time work (40 – 55 hours/week) Perform pre-trip, en-route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle, oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment Receive and relay information to dispatch Keep records including driver logbook, loading tickets, inspection report Requirements: DZ License, air brakes endorsement (3 years of experience) Clear Driver's abstract Ability to lift & pull 23 kg or more (50 lbs+) throughout 10hr shifts Ability to work in all weather conditions outdoors Must provide your own transportation to and from the truck garage/base in Greely, ON We thank all who apply, however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted. Operate a water truck to perform hydroseeding and irrigation tasks at various commercial landscaping and construction sites. Maintain accurate records including driver logbooks, loading tickets, and vehicle inspection reports.

Must possess a valid DZ license with an air brakes endorsement and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
