Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to monitor task progress and identify key errors in deal processes. Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in managing confidential and sensitive information throughout the deal lifecycle. Requirements Have strong relevant experience in private equity or a combination of private equity and investment banking at the Associate or Analyst level. Possess expertise in reviewing public filings, conducting M&A or financing transactions, and preparing CIMs/SIMs and due diligence materials. Demonstrate strong proficiency with Investment Committee memos and Board Decks, including structuring and presenting complex information clearly. Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft precise and compelling narratives for diverse audiences. Have a disciplined, organized approach to managing multiple projects simultaneously, with unwavering attention to detail.
