The Program Manager is responsible for the daily operations, staffing, and strategic development of supportive housing programs. They ensure compliance with funder guidelines, maintain facility safety standards, and foster effective relationships with community stakeholders.

The Program Coordinator will plan, develop, and oversee daily program operations while supervising staff, volunteers, and practicum students. They will also liaise with community agencies and government partners to facilitate effective intervention and community reintegration services.

Provide residential support to clients with mental health issues and developmental disabilities by assisting with daily living activities and life skills development. Facilitate care plans, conduct counselling sessions, and ensure a safe, inclusive environment while maintaining residence standards.

The Outreach Worker provides mobile hygiene services and support to individuals experiencing homelessness, fostering community inclusion and safety. They are responsible for program operations, including setup, inventory management, and building trusting relationships with participants.

The outreach worker provides coordinated case management and support services to vulnerable individuals to improve housing stability and overall well-being. They conduct referral consultations, develop intervention plans, and collaborate with community partners and health authorities to meet client goals.

The outreach worker provides direct support to clients by assessing their needs and creating intervention plans to facilitate community adjustment. They also liaise with community agencies, family members, and professionals to ensure continuity of care and goal achievement.

The Tenant Support Worker provides wraparound support and daily living assistance to residents in a supportive housing program. They are responsible for monitoring the facility, managing crisis situations, and implementing individual support plans.

This role provides casework and support to residents to enhance their quality of life, promote independence, and ensure the safe operation of the facility, including participation in assessment, goal setting, and program planning for residents. Key duties involve working directly with support providers to implement individual plans, assisting residents with life skills, facilitating activities, and administering medication according to policy.
