Must-Haves IT background (Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline). Business Analyst experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements. Azure Data Lake exposure, will be getting walkthroughs Strong experience eliciting business, data, and functional requirements. Solid understanding of business process flows and data flows. Strong SQL proficiency. Experience working with Jira. Nice-to-Haves Experience with RSA Archer Power BI experience. Agile/Scrum methodology experience. Familiarity with Operational Risk terminology and concepts. Exposure to risk management frameworks and risk-related projects.

The IT Business Analyst will gather, document, and translate business requirements related to operational risk. They will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that business, data, and functional requirements are clearly understood and implemented.

Candidates must have an IT background and experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in gathering and documenting requirements. Strong SQL proficiency and familiarity with Azure Data Lake, Jira, and operational risk concepts are also essential.
