Closer to Home Community Services (CTH) is a Calgary and Airdrie based non-profit agency that delivers a variety of services designed to meet the needs of vulnerable children and their families. The facilitator will support families by delivering life-skills workshops, conducting in-home visits, and providing individualized coaching to foster housing stability. They will also manage a caseload, liaise with landlords, and connect participants with essential community resources.
