The Beauty Advisor is responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store experience by providing personalized beauty advice and maintaining store operations. This includes managing inventory, processing sales at the POS, and ensuring the store remains clean and well-stocked.

The HR Manager will oversee daily HR operations across 11 store locations, including employee relations, full-cycle recruitment, and payroll administration. They will also supervise the HR & Payroll Specialist and ensure compliance with Ontario and Alberta employment standards.

The Beauty Advisor provides personalized beauty advice and exceptional customer service to enhance the in-store experience. They are also responsible for operational tasks including POS operation, inventory management, and maintaining store organization.
