*Job type* Part time / on-call from 4-20 hours per week with a 3-hour minimum with no overnight driving. All local driving within 500km with minimal border crossings, no overnighters, no long hauls. We are committed to excellence, innovation, and delivering value to our clients worldwide. *Summary* We are seeking a part time, on-call DZ Truck Driver to join our team in Windsor, Ontario. *Prerequisites:* Experience required driving a manual transmission straight truck Chaining down steel dies, coils, molds and plates up to 45,000 lbs. D-Z license (minimum) with clean driving abstract Ability to do minimal, border crossing is required *Responsibilities* * Operate and drive DZ trucks to transport goods safely and efficiently. * Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and securing of cargo. * Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation. * Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues. * Follow all safety protocols and traffic regulations. * Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely deliveries. * Assist with loading/unloading as needed, utilizing heavy equipment when necessary *Qualifications* * Valid DZ driver?s license with a clean driving record. * Proven experience in commercial driving, preferably within a manufacturing environment. * Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts. * Strong knowledge of safety procedures related to transportation. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Good communication skills in English.
