We are currently seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team on a casual basis with experience in personal care, supporting clients in their own home. Areas where we are looking for casual Health Care Workers: Fort St. John, BC Pay Rates Health Care Worker: $22.00 per hour Registered Health Care Aide: $24.00 per hour As a Health Care Worker, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Providing assistance with personal care and medications. Conducting light meal preparation and homemaking services. Offering companionship and emotional support. Assisting with medical escort services. Assisting with medication management. Providing overnight and/or weekend care. Competencies and Qualifications: Experience working with seniors and/or individuals with disabilities. Experience providing overnight and complex care is ideal. Experience with personal care. Willingness to work both short and long shifts. Possession of a Care Aide certificate and BC registry number is an asset. Reliability, punctuality, and a positive and friendly attitude. Willingness to commute to designated locations. A clean criminal record check with a vulnerable sector clearance. Possession of a valid driver's licence and your own insured vehicle. Located around or willing to travel to the Fort St. John, BC area. Friday and Saturday night availability. Benefits: Flexibility in choosing your preferred hours.
