1 temporary full-time position for 4 months intended specifically for students enrolled in an architectural design technology, interior design, urban planning or related co-op or equivalent post-secondary work experience diploma program. Other education programs with a work experience component may also be considered. This position will be working within the Infrastructure Services Department and support Workspace Planning - creating spaces that support the work of the Corporation. What will you do? Aid with workspace assessments by completing project documentation and liaising with business partners Assist in stakeholder relations and functional program creation Assist with office furniture management by tracking furniture requests, preparing requests for quotations and attending site meetings Design support through space planning, interior design, and furniture layouts Assist with workspace booking system and requests for changes Assist with vendor and contract management Currently enrolled in an architectural design technology, interior design, urban planning or related post secondary diploma co-op program.
