WHO WE ARE Carefirst Seniors and Community Services Association (Carefirst) is a non-profit charitable organization serving the community since 1976. We provide a full range of community, social and health care services in the Greater Toronto Area including York Region and Mississauga. With a collective effort of over 500 staff members and 1,200 volunteers, Carefirst is now serving over 10,000 clients every year. Clinician (GAIN)

The GAIN Clinician conducts comprehensive geriatric assessments and develops individualized, person-centred care plans for older adults with complex needs. They collaborate with interprofessional teams and community partners to coordinate services, ensure safe transitions, and promote aging in place.

Community Ambassador

On-site · Toronto

The Community Ambassador conducts culturally responsive outreach and education to improve access to preventive healthcare and cancer screening for Black communities. They connect community members to essential health and social services while assisting in program evaluation and development.

Personal Support Worker (Adult Day Program)

On-site · Richmond Hill

Supervise and assist clients with activities of daily living, including hygiene, feeding, and mobility. Responsible for food preparation, documenting client progress, and transporting clients to and from the program site.
