If this sounds like you, join us to gain food and beverage experience in a casual fine dining environment while being part of a dynamic, fun, and friendly team! Previous hospitality experience is an asset. Duties and Responsibilities: Taking and relaying food and beverage orders. Accurately entering orders and member numbers Ability to use POS and credit card systems Handling complaints and concerns of members and guests. Providing food and beverage product knowledge. Practicing responsible alcohol service. Following and executing food and beverage prep charts Communicating to the kitchen when needed regarding food quantities Keeping the equipment and area clean Being aware of your surroundings while on the course Respectful golf etiquette on the course Identify and report infractions to supervisors as necessary Qualifications and Skills Requirements Upholding high service standards when serving members and their guests Good communication skills - confident speaking with members, guests and colleagues. Problem solver - ability to understand and resolve issues. Ability to provide great customer service in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedule, with ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays. Ability to take direction and work unsupervised. Serving it right certificate. Age 19+ for serving alcohol. Valid drivers license is required Transportation to our location is difficult. Employees need ample time if relying on public transit or their own vehicles. Requirements

Requires a Serving It Right certificate, a valid driver's license, and must be 19 years of age or older. Candidates should have a flexible schedule and the ability to provide great customer service in a fast-paced environment.
