Whether you are just starting your career or have demonstrated a lifelong love for helping other we have an opening for you! *Responsibilities:* · Assisting clients with various personal care activities (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming). · Perform light housekeeping duties. · Assist clients with meals. · Provide respite for families and caregivers. · Transfer/position with mechanical lift. · Documentation (e.g., reporting client concerns, progress notes, incident reports). *Core Requirements:* · Provincial Continuing Care Assistant Certification · Must have current CPR & First Aid, WHMIS, and Food Handlers. · Must have a current Criminal Records Check. · Must have a Valid driver?s license with access to a reliable vehicle on a daily basis. · Persons with related education and/or work experience and are enrolled in or are eligible to be enrolled in CCA RPL Program; students in nursing; and CCA programs may apply. *What we offer:* · Immediate Openings · $24.2995 Starting Rate · Kilometer rate paid · Benefits Package Job Type: Casual Pay: From $24.29 per hour Benefits: * Employee assistance program * Flexible schedule Licence/Certification: * CCA Registrant (required) * Driving License, Vehicle Insurance (required) Work Location: On the road
