TIRE TECHNICIAN Temporary long term – UNIONIZED Position to fill 1 Code MM26-15 Hourly rate between $44.56 and $50.36 Deadline to apply September 3, 2026 The work location is in Nunavik and the normal work schedule is 11 hours per day on a rotation of 6 weeks: 3 weeks worked (77 hours per week, 7 days a week) followed by 3 weeks for rest. His main tasks include: * Monitoring tires; * Performing tire repairs; * Conducting tire rotations; * Carrying out any other related tasks associated with the position. Qualifications * Hold a High School Diploma. * Have 2 to 5 years of experience in tire repair. * Basic knowledge of heavy equipment mechanics. * Experience in large-scale tire maintenance. * Ability to diagnose wear and premature tire damage. * Valid Class 3 or 1 driver's license. Assets * Experience in the mining industry. * Vocational Diploma (DEP) in Construction Equipment Mechanics. * Due to frequent interactions with French-speaking team members, bilingualism (French/English) is an asset to facilitate and enhance our internal communications.
