Job summary

Millwright Temporary short term position Position to fill 1 Code MC26-04 The hourly rate ranges from 45,78$ to 51,41$ Deadline to apply August 20th, 2026 The work location is at Nunavik and the normal work schedule is on a rotation of 6 weeks: 3 weeks worked (77 hours per week, 7 days a week) followed by 3 weeks for rest. Responsibilities Reporting to the Maintenance Concentrator Supervisor, the Industrial Mechanic Millwright: * Performs preventive maintenance on production equipment. * Carries out repair / reconditioning work on production equipment. * Meet the company's health and safety requirements and environmental regulations in the workplace. * Responds to company health and safety requirements and recommendations. * Performs other related duties associated with this position. Qualifications * College diploma (DEC) or vocational studies (DEP) mechanics/industrial maintenance. * 5-8 years of experience in industrial mechanics (maintenance). * Ability with welding techniques and cutting. * Valid driver’s license. * Ability to diagnose problems on different equipment. Assets * Good knowledge of MS Office software. * Due to frequent interactions with French-speaking team members, bilingualism (French/English) is an asset that facilitates and enhances our internal communications.
