Future challenges Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Concentrator Operator is responsible for the various ore monitoring and processing operations. The main responsibilities of the job are: * Ensure the proper operation of the concentrator equipment in all sectors (crushing, flotation, reagents, control room, presses, thickeners). * Perform routine checks and inspections on the concentrator equipment. * Maintain the various equipment of the concentrator in a clean and safe condition. * Apply health, safety and environmental rules and guidelines. * Carry out any other tasks required in relation to the position. Profile Sought Professional study diploma in Machine operations, mineral and metal processing combined with any relevant experience. * Experience in operating an industrial process (mining/concentrator, metals, pulp and paper, chemical/petrochemical). * Ability to identify and diagnose troubleshoot breakdowns and problems encountered with the various equipment. * Valid driver's license. Responsible for monitoring and processing ore operations across crushing, flotation, and control room sectors. Ensures equipment is properly operated, inspected, and maintained in a safe condition.
Requirements
Requires a professional diploma in machine operations or mineral processing and experience in industrial processes. A valid driver's license and the ability to diagnose equipment breakdowns are essential.
