Lead the end-to-end administration of contingent workforce engagements, including contract maintenance, compliance, and renewals. Partner with business leaders and staffing agencies to align workforce agreements with operational needs and corporate policies.

The student will monitor production rates, assist in daily rounds, and maintain steam generators to ensure efficient plant operations. They will also support operators in equipment maintenance and actively participate in site safety programs.
