Overview: $18.50 / hour This is a vacant position. Candidates must be a minimum age of 18 years. As the Seasonal Events & Execution Assistant, you’ll coordinate and execute all Group Sales and Sponsorship events, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional client experiences. You'll be the vital link between clients, sales teams, and park departments, delivering unforgettable events and supporting sponsorship activations. This position will report to the Activation Manager. You’ll also… Collaborate with the Activation Manager to manage client, sales, and park communications for Group Sales events Lead day-of event execution for corporate outings, youth programs, and other group events, managing support teams and addressing client needs Ensure accurate event orders, catering arrangements, billing, and data entry in collaboration with sales support staff Support onsite sponsorship activations, ensuring in-park visibility aligns with national and regional agreements, and provide event documentation for recaps Serve as the central communication hub between clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver top-tier experiences Responsibilities: Canada’s Wonderland is home to over 300 acres of world class rides and attractions for the entire family, including a 20 acre water park. As a member of our team, you’ll… Make our guests happy by delivering amazing experiences and helping them create lifelong memories Interact with different people of all ages and backgrounds Gain skills, knowledge, and experience that will benefit in your future Qualifications: Candidates must be a minimum of 18 years of age Someone who is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Windows Individual Experienced with Salesforce CRM is a plus Someone with Strong time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail Candidate with excellent written and verbal communication skills Friendly, outgoing personality and customer service experience Candidates that are able to lift and carry 50+ pounds Individuals that have a typing speed of 40 words per minute with 90% accuracy Candidates with a valid Ontario driver’s license (G/G2) for golf cart operation Availability that includes working evenings, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs
