Job summary

The Child Youth and Emerging Adult Program (CYEAP) is currently seeking a full-time, temporary (until March 26, 2027) Registered Nurse to work in its Slaight Centre for Early Intervention Service (SCEIS). The SCEIS provides clinic and community-based assessment and treatment for young people, 14-35 years of age experiencing a primary psychotic disorder, often early stage; affective and non-affective primary psychotic disorders. What you’ll do

The Registered Nurse will provide clinic and community-based assessment and treatment for young people aged 14-35 experiencing primary psychotic disorders. They will work within an inter-professional team to support clinical care, teaching, and research initiatives at the Slaight Centre.

Requirements

Candidates must be a Registered Nurse in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario and possess a current B.C.L.S. (CPR). A minimum of two years of psychiatric nursing experience, specifically with first episode psychosis, is preferred.
