Job summary

As a member of the Professional Practice Office, the After Hours Site Administrator provides after-hours clinical and operational leadership and support at the Centre for Addictions and Mental Health (CAMH) We are seeking one (1) full-time, Temporary (12 Months) position that involve working a flexible schedule in a 24/7 environment. Your nursing and leadership skills will be evident as you provide guidance and education to support care delivery aligned with the vision, principles, policies and best practices of CAMH, while facilitating and coordinating the effective operations of the hospital during evenings, nights, weekends and holidays. What you’ll do

The After Hours Site Administrator provides clinical and operational leadership to support care delivery during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. They facilitate hospital operations while ensuring alignment with organizational policies, best practices, and strategic goals.

Requirements

Candidates must be registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario and hold a baccalaureate degree in Nursing. Applicants require 3 to 5 years of experience with severe mental illness and addictions, along with formal leadership experience in a unionized hospital setting.
