Position: Emergency Medicine Expert Type: Hourly Contract Engagement: Remnote Global | Part-time Compensation: $130–$180/hour Location: Remote (United States & Canada) Role Responsibilities Design clinically realistic emergency medicine scenarios including triage, undifferentiated complaints, resuscitation, procedural sedation, and disposition planning Develop high-quality “gold standard” responses at attending-level depth and accuracy Evaluate AI-generated outputs using structured medical rubrics Provide detailed written feedback to improve model reasoning and clinical accuracy Participate in onboarding sessions and specialty calibration discussions Ensure outputs align with evidence-based emergency medicine practices and standards Requirements Attending physicians: Board certified with a current, active, unrestricted medical license Resident physicians: Final year of residency (recent graduates must be board-eligible) Fellows: Board-certified or board-eligible in primary specialty with an active medical license Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills in emergency medicine Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail Engagement Details Fully remote and asynchronous work environment Standard commitment: ~20 hours/week (can increase based on performance and demand) Weekly payments Rolling start date after onboarding approval Ongoing engagement with periodic review Application & Onboarding Process Upload resume AI interview: A short, 15-minute conversational session to assess clinical background and expertise Follow-up communication with next steps and onboarding details

What you’ll do

The role involves designing realistic emergency medicine scenarios and evaluating AI-generated outputs to enhance clinical reasoning. Additionally, it includes providing feedback to improve model accuracy and ensuring alignment with evidence-based practices.

Requirements

Candidates must be board certified attending physicians or final year residents, with strong clinical reasoning skills in emergency medicine. Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail are also required.
