The role focuses on defining and delivering business and process solutions specifically for the Guidewire suite of applications. Responsibilities include gathering requirements from stakeholders, performing gap analysis, and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Provide exceptional member experiences by selling memberships, merchandise, and travel insurance. Handle administrative tasks such as car rental reservations, passport photos, and issuing International Driving permits.

Provide technical support for clients via phone and portal, handling incident logging, troubleshooting, and resolution for hardware and software. Monitor system alerts and maintain Service Desk procedures while working rotational shifts in a 24/7 environment.
