Lead people. Build things. Grow something real. We’re looking for a hands-on Team Leader to supervise crews of 5–15 people in our fast-paced perennial greenhouse operation. This role is for someone who likes to be in the action, not behind a desk—leading crews through a wide variety of projects as the seasons change.
