We are seeking a motivated and friendly Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers. This role involves assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining store appearance/stock, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Ideally, someone who would also be available during the day and on occasional weekends! Hours available would be anywhere from 4 - 25 /week! *Responsibilities* * Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in locating products. * Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries. * Process transactions accurately using the POS system. * Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and arranging displays. * Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy and slow periods. * Engage with customers to promote sales and upsell products when appropriate. * Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently. * Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment. *Experience* * Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required. * Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and keep the store orderly. * Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. * A friendly demeanor with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
