*Psychometrist - Contract/Part-Time* Beaches Therapy Group offers therapy and psychological services to individuals, couples, children, and families across Toronto. We're growing our assessment program and looking for a skilled psychometrist to join our Midtown team. *About the Role* We are seeking a qualified psychometrist to support the administration, scoring, and preliminary interpretation of standardized psychological assessments. The psychometrist will primarily serve clients undergoing psychoeducational, ADHD, Giftedness and Autism Spectrum Disorder under the supervision of a registered psychologist. *Responsibilities* * Administer standardized cognitive, academic, and behavioural assessments to children, adolescents, and adults * Accurately score, document, and record test results and behavioural observations * Prepare preliminary reports and summaries for supervising psychologist review * Maintain compliance with PHIPA, the Canadian Code of Ethics for Psychologists, and test security protocols * Communicate professionally with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members * Assist with scheduling and coordinating assessment appointments *Qualifications* * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field * Graduate-level coursework or Master's degree in psychological assessment is an asset * Minimum 2 years' experience administering standardized tests (e.g., WISC-V, WAIS-IV, WIAT-4, Conners, ADOS-2) * Familiarity with psychoeducational, ADHD/Gifted, ASD, and neuropsychological protocols * Experience with Jane App and Q-interactive is an asset * Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage 3+ assessments per week * Openness to supervision, feedback, and ongoing professional development * Commitment to ethical practice, cultural competence, and client confidentiality *Compensation* * $40-$50/hour or $200-$400 per assessment, depending on complexity and experience * Opportunities for growth within the program *To Apply* Please submit a resume/CV detailing relevant education and experience, along with a brief cover letter outlining your interest in the position and proficiency with psychological assessment tools. *Location*: In person at the Beaches Midtown location *Employment Type*: Contract/Part-Time *Note*: Beaches Therapy Group is committed to employment equity and encourages applications from qualified candidates representing the diversity of Canadian society.
