Duties Customizing solutions to meet clients specific needs in fast paced environment Handling calls and questions from clients and/or drivers Requesting permits Electronically submitting entries to customs Tracing shipments Setting up releases at Customs Various office duties as assigned Required Education / Skills Thorough knowledge of specialized importation requirements (Temporary Imports, Vehicle Importation, Importations requiring use of OGD, etc.) College diploma in related field is an asset Minimum five years customs brokerage experience Excellent problem solving skills and ability to customize solutions quickly Above average data entry skills Excellent communication and organization skills Great attention to detail Ability to work with minimal supervision B.
