Job Summary The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) collaborates with senior leadership and department managers to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives. This role focuses on talent management, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, compensation design and HR policy implementation. What you'll do: Strategic HR Partnership Partner with business leaders to understand organizational goals and workforce needs. Provide HR insights and strategic guidance to support business growth and transformation. Align HR initiatives with company strategy. Talent Management & Workforce Planning Identify talent gaps and develop succession planning strategies. Work with managers to retain and develop employees. Partner with Talent Acquisition to build strong teams. Employee Relations Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies and employee concerns. Manage conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and workplace investigations. Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement. Demonstrated experience with collective bargaining, grievance management, and labor relations strategy. Performance Management Support performance review processes and goal setting. Coach managers on employee development and performance improvement plans. Implement performance management frameworks. Implement and drive recognition programs across the business. Organizational Development Drive change management initiatives. Support organizational restructuring and transformation projects. Develop programs that enhance employee capability and leadership development. HR Policy & Compliance Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Support implementation of HR programs and policies across departments. Data & HR Analytics Use HR data and metrics to identify trends and inform business decisions. Provide insights on turnover, engagement, and workforce performance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5-7 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist position. Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to influence leaders and manage organizational change. Preferred Skills HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is an asset. Experience with Workday HRIS and HR analytics. Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability.
