The site carpenter will build house frameworks, walls, and roofs while installing various interior and exterior finishes. They are also responsible for reading technical drawings, selecting materials, and ensuring all work meets building codes and quality standards.

Responsible for the preventative and corrective maintenance, installation, and repair of commercial and industrial HVAC and refrigeration systems. Duties include conducting inspections, ensuring building code compliance, and maintaining accurate documentation of work performed.
