Role : ServiceNow HRSD Technical Consultant Location : Canada (Hybrid - Near your Infosys Office) Mandatory : Hands-on ServiceNow HRSD configuration & development Employee Center configuration (UI, access, navigation) Workflow automation, catalog items, case management Integration development (REST/API, IntegrationHub) Desired Skills : Configured HRSD solution (forms, workflows, automation) Employee Center enhancements (UX, action items, navigation) Developed integrations with external systems Unit/SIT support, defect fixes, deployments Documentation and knowledge transfer Technical Consultant: Configure/build HRSD solution, implement workflows, develop integrations, enhance Employee Center, support testing Deliver Action Item Aggregation across SuccessFactors, CSOD, Concur Enable Enterprise Integrations (real-time / near real-time) Implement HR Workflow Automation Configure Virtual Agent + Teams integration Enhance Employee Center UX & navigation Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution Participate in Agile delivery (sprints, workshops, design sessions) Support cutover, go-live, and knowledge transfer Thank you sandra [email protected]

Configure and build ServiceNow HRSD solutions, including workflow automation and Employee Center enhancements. Develop real-time enterprise integrations and support the full testing lifecycle from SIT to go-live.

Requires hands-on experience in ServiceNow HRSD configuration, development, and integration using REST/API and IntegrationHub. Candidates must be able to implement HR workflow automation and support Agile delivery processes.
