Your Opportunity: The ALA Glenrose Social Work Department is seeking a Team Lead with a heart for practice excellence spanning a range of clinical settings including inpatient and outpatient programs with adults and older adults. This position will work closely with the Clinical Team Lead for other hospitals in the portfolio, collaborating to create consistent and structured support for Social Workers across multiple sites. The SW TL is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, supervision, and coordination of staff, programs, and services related to SW practice. The TL supports Social Workers to provide high quality and safe care through supervision by understanding and applying relevant standards, legislation, policy, ethics, and guidelines. The TL advises the manager in daily operational decision-making, coordinates orientation and professional development, and provides input regarding staff and team performance. The TL participates in direct patient care, quality improvement, and supports the team with meeting documentation and activity capture expectations. The TL works in partnership with multidisciplinary teams across the sites, plans and/or provides coverage as needed, leads meetings, and is responsible for supporting the department with student practicums. Requirements
