Seasonal Campground Attendants (Full time & Part time) AFN Enterprises (GP) Limited, the general partner of AFN Enterprises Limited Partnership (“AFN Enterprises”), the business arm of the ʔakisq̓nuk First Nation (“AFN”), is seeking reliable and customer-focused Seasonal Campground Attendants to support the day-to-day operations of our Lakeshore Resort campground during the busy summer season. The Campground Attendants ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for campers and visitors while supporting facility maintenance and guest services. There are Full time and Part time positions available. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, interacting with the public, and helping maintain community recreation spaces. Key Responsibilities Welcome campers and visitors and provide friendly customer service Assist with campground check-ins, reservations, and fee collection as required Conduct regular patrols of the campground to ensure rules and safety standards are followed Clean and maintain campground facilities including washrooms, picnic areas, fire pits, and common spaces Perform light maintenance duties such as garbage collection, restocking supplies, and minor repairs Monitor campsite occupancy and report concerns to management Assist with opening and closing procedures for campground facilities Respond to camper questions and address concerns in a professional manner Report safety hazards, maintenance needs, or incidents promptly Support a positive and respectful environment for all campground users Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable and dependable with strong attention to detail Basic maintenance or facility care experience is an asset Ability to enforce campground rules respectfully and professionally First Aid/CPR certification is an asset Working Conditions Work takes place outdoors in a campground environment Schedule may include evenings, weekends, and holidays May involve light physical work such as lifting supplies, cleaning, and walking patrols of the campground Compensation Starting hourly wage: $22.00 per hour, Cleaning Staff: $25.30 End of Season bonus - $1000 Seasonal position with flexible hours based on campground needs AFN Enterprises is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. What you’ll do

Manage day-to-day campground operations including guest check-ins, reservations, and fee collection. Maintain facility cleanliness and safety through regular patrols and light maintenance duties.

Requirements

Candidates should possess strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently in outdoor weather conditions. First Aid/CPR certification and basic facility care experience are considered assets.
