Adecco is currently hiring full-time Production Associates for a temporary opportunity with our client in Balzac, AB. If you thrive in an active role, have a strong attention to detail, and enjoy working as part of a team, this position could be the perfect fit. • Pay Rate: $18.50/hour • Location: Balzac, AB • Shift: Monday to Friday | 9:30 AM Start Time • Job type: Temporary | Full-time Here's why you should apply: • Paid weekly accurate and on time • Strong health and safety programs • Medical and dental benefits once qualified • Free training programs • New and quicker onboarding process Responsibilities: • Pack finished products into bags, containers, and other packaging materials according to production requirements • Load packaging materials and containers into production equipment to ensure continuous operation • Monitor products throughout the production process and identify quality concerns or defects • Perform visual inspections and report quality issues to supervisors • Move, stack, and store finished products safely within warehouse and shipping areas • Prepare products for shipment and assist with order picking and fulfillment activities • Follow proper product handling and storage procedures • Adhere to production schedules, work instructions, and standard operating procedures • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area • Support inventory movement and material handling throughout the facility • Follow all company safety policies, GMP standards, and hygiene requirements • Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with all safety procedures Qualifications and Skills: • Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labour roles is considered an asset • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions • Reliable with a strong work ethic and excellent attendance • Comfortable working around production equipment and machinery • Commitment to maintaining strict hygiene and production standards • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada Physical Requirements • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift • Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods • Ability to safely move and handle finished products and packaging materials • Comfortable working in a manufacturing and warehouse environment Working Conditions • Manufacturing and warehouse setting • Required use of PPE, including safety footwear and other safety equipment • Exposure to production machinery, moving equipment, and warehouse traffic • Adherence to strict food safety, hygiene, and GMP standards Are you interested in this position?
