Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Financial Controller for a temporary opportunity in Saskatoon, SK. As the Financial Controller, you will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, accounts payable, inventory accounting, compliance, and audit activities while partnering with leadership to support business growth and strategic decision-making. • Location: Saskatoon, SK • Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM • Job type: Temporary 3 months with possibility of extension| Full-time Here's why you should apply: • Paid weekly accurate and on time • Strong health and safety programs • Medical and dental benefits once qualified • Free training programs • New and quicker onboarding process Responsibilities: • Lead month-end and year-end close processes • Prepare and review financial statements and management reports • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis • Oversee cash flow, banking activities, and accounts payable • Support inventory accounting, costing, and margin analysis • Coordinate audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance • Maintain internal controls and improve financial processes • Partner with operations and leadership teams to support business objectives Qualifications and Skills: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field • Minimum 7 years of progressive accounting and finance experience • Experience as a Controller, Accounting Manager, Finance Manager, Senior Accountant, or similar role • Strong background in: • Financial reporting • Budgeting and forecasting • Cash flow management • Financial analysis • Month-end and year-end close • Accounts payable oversight • Advanced Excel skills • Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise or comparable ERP/accounting systems • Strong knowledge of Canadian tax and regulatory requirements • CPA designation (or near completion) • Experience in agriculture, manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environments • Multi-entity and multi-currency experience • Audit and compliance experience • Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check • Ability to provide professional references • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada Are you interested in this position?
