Position Summary Acuren is seeking API Visual Inspectors (510/570) to join our team for our Fall Outage in the Fort McMurray area. Position Information: Fall Outage Outage Duration: August 17, 2026 - October 2026 6/1 rotation, 12-hour shifts Fly-in-fly-out from all major hubs in Canada Camp provided Responsibilities Observes work in progress to assure conformance with requirements and acceptable workmanship Inspection of process piping, power piping and structures from material verification stage to final commissioning and installation Utilizes applicable procedures, codes, and standards to evaluate test and inspection reports, recommending acceptable or rejection/or rejection Experience reviewing Work Scope Packages Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Requirements Must have minimum API 510, 570 API 653, 936, ABSA In-Service, & CWB Certifications are an asset Boiler experience would be considered an asset Ability to verify and accept material Working knowledge of computers and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel Strong organizational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communications skills Good attention to detail, with the ability to recognize discrepancies Benefits The strength of Acuren lies in its outstanding people. Requirements
