We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse leader to support clinical excellence, quality care, and team development within our Mississauga long-term care home. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Support the Director of Resident Care in delivering high-quality, resident-centred nursing care. * Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to nursing staff. * Oversee resident care, family communication, and clinical outcomes on assigned units. * Lead quality improvement initiatives, including RAI-MDS, Infection Prevention & Control, Health & Safety, and restorative care programs. * Ensure compliance with long-term care legislation, policies, and professional standards. * Coordinate staff education, orientation, and ongoing professional development. * Support scheduling, resource management, and departmental operations. * Act as designate for the Director of Resident Care when required. QUALIFICATIONS * Registered Nurse in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario. * Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or equivalent combination of education and experience). * Minimum 4 years of nursing experience, including Long-Term Care, Geriatrics, or Rehabilitation. * Minimum 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting, preferably long-term care. * Current CPR Certification. * Chinese language skills (Cantonese or Mandarin) are an asset. * Satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check.
