Scrum Master (12+ month contract)

Tasks/Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a Scrum Master for a 12-month contract with the possibility of being renewed.

MANDATE

• Guide the team in Agile best practices by facilitating sprints, scrums, and daily meetings
• Organize product development backlog items into priority groups
• Work closely with IT Business Analysts, Product Owners and the development team
• Promote the resolution of team obstacles

PROFILE

• 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Professional experience on development, system integration or business intelligence projects
• Captivated by continuous improvement and increasing delivery efficiency
• Mastery of Jira and Confluence
• Experience with Salesforce or SAP or business intelligence (strong asset)
• CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) (asset)
• BAC in computer science or equivalent
• Bilingualism (French required, functional English)
