What we are looking for:

Reporting to the Director, HR Operations, the intern will be collaborating with the different HR departments to collect data and help prepare the implementation of a new HRIS. We are looking for someone with strong analytical and logical skills who is interested in learning more about the human resources field.

Your responsibilities:

  • Be part of the team preparing the implementation of a new HRIS system at Fiera;
  • Data preparation;
  • Process definition;
  • Process mapping;
  • Reporting.

Must have requirements to be successful in this role:

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor of Commerce, Human Resources, or any related field;
  • High level of proficiency with computer tools such as the MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
  • Knowledge of Visio would be considered an asset;
  • Solid analytical and information technology skills with a good understanding of HR practices;
  • Business sense & critical thinking;
  • Curious about the different fields in HR;
  • Autonomous;
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in both French and English.
