What we are looking for:

Reporting to the Director, Global Performance, the analyst will be collaborating with a dynamic team on multiple projects and will be tackling many tasks simultaneously.

Your responsibilities:

  • Assist the team on several projects;
  • Review processes and procedures list with the team to make sure all the information is complete;
  • Look into process enhancements;
  • Convert raw data into useful information;
  • Populate reports & dashboards.

Must have requirements to be successful in this role:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s/MBA degree in the related field (Commerce, Finance, Economics. etc.);
  • Registration for CFA exam will be considered an asset;
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel;
  • Coding skills will be highly valued (previous experience with SQL);
  • Data-driven;
  • Ability to operate and demonstrate leadership in fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, ad-hoc requests simultaneously, be well-organized, with a willingness to learn;
  • Good ability to be collaborative in achieving the objectives of the team;
  • Fluent in English is mandatory for the job, French would be considered and asset.
