Specific Job Description

  • As required, define/set up routing in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System (Configuration Control Project)
  • As required, assist Propulsion Engineer in engine overhaul process, (could include data organization, collection, development of tools to support engineering functions, etc.)
  • As required, assist Test Cell Engineer with tool development, pre/post test requirements.

Required skills, qualifications and experience

  • Currently studying in a Bachelor of Engineering program at a recognized university in either Mechanical, Aerospace or Materials Engineering, or equivalent
  • Have successfully completed at least one previous Work Term/ COOP placement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Access, Excel and Word is a must. Programming skills an asset
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems and prepare technical reports
  • Sound judgement and initiative
  • Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to summarize, organizational planning and problem solver
  • Fluent in French and English.
