Exceptional organizational skills, detail oriented, and most importantly, a "can-do" attitude with a willingness to learn make you stand out from the crowd. Working as part of a team, you'll liaise with clients and media reps. You'll also be involved in a range of activities from media research, media buying, to follow up administration and evaluation. Primarily you will develop public notice communication pieces for our public and private sector clients.

Specifically, as Account Administrator, you will:

  • Be able to multi-task and juggle multiple priorities
  • Liaise with clients on their public notice assignments
  • Research and recommend media options for our clients
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information on costs, deadlines, and specifications for local, national, and international media
  • Craft traditional and digital media plans with strategic planning approaches
  • Manage administrative tasks


  • Experience in media buying and/or planning is an asset
  • Familiarity with working as part of a team
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks and work in a deadline driven environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English & French
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel & Word
  • Strong organization skills, passionate about attention to detail and a desire to achieve results
  • Ad agency experience, 2+ years working in an office environment and a post-secondary degree or diploma are an asset
