It is easily accessible by car, float plane or boat. This position is available for Moutcha Bay Resort.

Position Requirements for Live-In Fishing Resort Grounds Worker, from June to September.

This position requires and energetic motivated person with the willingness to learn. We are a busy resort and require motivated workers who can adapt to an ever changing environment. You will be responsible for a variety of duties around the resort, most of which require physical labour. Position Requirements (include but not limited to):

  • Knowledge of best practices from working within a luxury property is desired.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Dedication to the guest experience and resort cleanliness.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Willing to live and work remotely.

Position Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

  • Maintain grounds, campsites and buildings.
  • Operate and maintain all equipment, including preventative maintenance.
  • Adhere to health & safety standards.
  • Ensure safety and confidentiality of our owners, guests and employees.
  • Organize and collect on site garbage and recycling.
  • Ensure campsites are clean and tidy.
  • Unload deliveries.
  • Assisting housekeeping with minor repairs.
  • Assist Housekeeping with cleaning resort facilities.
  • General upkeep of facility including weed whacking and landscaping.
  • Performing daily checks of maintenance systems.

Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
