Harmac Pacific is located in Nanaimo, B.C. Our primary business is operating the Harmac Pacific pulp mill which is renowned for its production of world class quality NBSK pulp. We have an opportunity for a red seal welder to join our team on a temporary basis. The schedule will be 10 hrs/day, 4 days a week for 6 months. Compensation will be $55.64/hour, as per our collective agreement. Requirements: Red Seal trade certification Minimum 5-10 years’ experience working safely in an industrial environment You are an independent self-starter, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. In addition, you are highly organized and adaptable to changes in the work environment. Along with your qualifications, you will be a proven team player who is excited about contributing to the business.
