WHAT ARE THE EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS? * Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, plus other days as needed * Contract : * 7-MONTH CONTRACT: September 27, 2026, to April 24, 2027 (1 position) * Status: Unionized, casual * Salary: $26.09 (Class 5) WHAT WILL YOUR ROLE BE ON THE VISITOR SERVICES TEAM AT THE MSC? * You’ll coordinate your team’s tasks and schedules based on daily operational needs. * You’ll ensure a high-quality welcome for groups and visitors, while responding to online inquiries. * You’ll oversee the management of cash registers, inventories, and technical equipment. * You’ll support your team through coaching, task-specific training, and performance follow-ups. * You’ll maintain clear communication with staff and your supervisor to ensure service quality and smooth operations.
