Job Description: We are seeking an experienced QE Lead with strong expertise in IBM Financial Transaction Manager (IBM FTM) to lead quality engineering initiatives for a financial services project. The ideal candidate will drive test strategy, automation, and end-to-end validation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead QE activities, including test planning, execution, and defect management. Design and execute test strategies for IBM FTM implementations and integrations. Coordinate with business, development, and QA teams to ensure quality deliverables. Drive test automation, reporting, and continuous quality improvements. Support release validation and production readiness. Required Skills: 10+ years of QA/QE experience with leadership responsibilities. Hands-on experience with IBM Financial Transaction Manager (IBM FTM). Strong knowledge of functional, integration, and API testing. Experience with test automation tools and defect tracking systems. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

What you’ll do

Requirements
