Furniture Parts Associate 18-Month Maternity Leave Contract (Monday – Friday – Days) Trans Global Service is activity seeking people to join our Parts Administrative Team. You will be putting the customer first when you join a group that specializes in ensuring a quick turnaround for parts orders. This role supports our retail locations and repair technicians. Responsibilities * Field furniture parts requests from retail and repair contacts, utilizing internal systems * Identify and define parts required based on product specification drawings, pictures, and / or descriptions * Generate purchase orders, sending them to the appropriate manufacturer * Contact manufacturers for follow up and ETAs via email or outbound calling * Support inventory count and management Qualifications * Knowledge of furniture products is a great asset as is previous experience in a parts or repair department * Must be organized and detail oriented * Effective problem-solving skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional telephone etiquette * Proven reliability and work ownership * Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs * High school diploma or equivalent experience Monday through Friday - Days 40
