The Role As a Fish Processing Plant Worker, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Cutting, cleaning, trimming, filleting, and scaling fish. * Inspecting fish fillets to determine the optimal number and size of portions. * Operating and maintaining machinery used to clean, cut, process, and package fresh fish products. * Following all safety and quality operating procedures. * Inspecting products and packaging to ensure quality and compliance with company standards. * Making necessary adjustments to maintain product quality. * Ensuring all finished products meet established quality expectations. * Packing and wrapping fish products for shipment. * Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
