The role involves evaluating digital content, software applications, and language-based data to help improve digital products and AI data quality. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate software, mobile applications, and digital experiences against defined quality guidelines. Assess functionality, usability, user experience, and content quality. Analyze, classify, and label Japanese-language content for accuracy and relevance. Identify issues, document findings, and provide actionable feedback. Conduct quality audits and support process improvements. Support transcript-related activities, including coordination, scheduling, and testing. Maintain accurate records and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Required Qualifications: Native or near-native Japanese proficiency with excellent reading, writing, listening, and comprehension skills. Strong English reading comprehension. Good knowledge of Japanese culture, current affairs, and regional trends. Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail. Ability to follow structured guidelines and meet quality and productivity targets. Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with iOS devices and software applications. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in QA, content evaluation, data annotation, localization, linguistic review, or content moderation. Experience evaluating websites, mobile apps, or software products. Familiarity with AI/ML, search relevance, or language data projects. Experience with spreadsheets, reporting tools, or project coordination. What you’ll do

The Data Quality Analyst will evaluate digital content, software, and mobile applications to ensure high quality and functionality. They will also classify and label Japanese-language content while identifying issues and providing actionable feedback to improve AI data quality.

Requirements

Candidates must possess native or near-native Japanese proficiency and strong English reading comprehension skills. Previous experience in QA, content evaluation, or data annotation is preferred, along with strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
