About the Company Company: Hunted International Location: Mississauga, ON About the Role CNC Machine Operator Hunted International is seeking dependable and hands-on CNC Machine Operators to join its production team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with at least one year of machine operating experience who are comfortable working with tools, following production instructions, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The company is looking to hire quickly and may expand the team further as operational needs develop. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machinery during production Load and unload materials and finished components Follow work orders, production specifications, and operating instructions Perform routine checks to ensure parts meet quality requirements Use basic hand and power tools as required Monitor machinery for operating issues or inconsistencies Make basic machine adjustments when appropriate Maintain an organized and safe workstation Follow all company safety procedures and production standards Report equipment issues, defects, or production concerns to the appropriate supervisor Support general production duties as required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of machine operating or related manufacturing experience Previous CNC machine operating experience strongly preferred Comfortable working with hand and basic power tools Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to follow instructions and production procedures Reliable attendance and punctuality Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to work independently and as part of a production team Legally authorized to work in Canada Able to begin work on short notice Required Skills Comfortable working with hand and basic power tools Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to follow instructions and production procedures Reliable attendance and punctuality Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to work independently and as part of a production team Preferred Skills Previous CNC machine operating experience strongly preferred CNC manufacturing experience Previous production or industrial experience Experience using measurement or inspection tools Basic troubleshooting experience Experience working around mechanical equipment Strong verbal communication skills Schedule Candidates must be available for either: Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM Afternoon/Night Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM Shift availability should be discussed during the screening process. Pay range and compensation package Pay: $18.00–$22.00/hour, with flexibility for strong candidates Compensation: $18.00–$22.00 per hour Compensation may be flexible for candidates who bring stronger CNC, manufacturing, or mechanical experience. Requirements
